Elaine has an extensive history of working with clients across scale and industry. Marrying our founder Nate, Elaine quickly became a small city resident and has developed a shared enthusiasm for quality small cities and towns.

An economic development champion, policy researcher, and Bloomberg Fellow, she brings a deeply rooted understanding of how improvements to public policy can become a vehicle for positive change in small cities and towns.

Viviana has broad experience working with city governments, economic development corporations, real estate developers, and non-profit organizations. Her passion for small cities and towns stems from her family’s roots in the Dominican Republic.

All of Céline's work is driven by her passion to use her creativity to lift up the voices of marginalized communities around the world to stimulate change - including her underdogs small city hometown of Suwanee, Georgia.

Celine has a track record for implementing multifaceted and “out-of-the-box” methods for challenging traditional urban planning practices to ensure that future planning is made sustainably and equitably with communities.
